Block Management

The majority of people who reside in Apartment blocks choose to do for a number of reasons; the main reason we believe they make this choice is that they are able to have more time to enjoy outside interests and to not have their time taken up co-ordinating property maintenance.

There are those who like to be involved in overseeing the development and this is why a Board of Directors or Committee is set up. Under instruction from the appointed Directors of the Management Company or Freeholder, a Managing Agent should be able to look after the affairs of the development so that the Leaseholders can enjoy their property.

About our

Annual General Meetings

We arrange the Annual General Meetings on behalf of the Resident Management Company. This is the time when all members of the Company come together to approve Company business and discuss maintenance of the property, approve the financial statements etc.

General Maintenance

We have over the years built up a team of independent trades to be able to offer maintenance of the Apartment blocks ranging from Plumbers through to Surveyors and Structural Engineers.

Garden Maintenance?

The general up-keep of communal grounds is very important. We have tried and tested Gardeners who keep the grounds up to a high standard.

Our ethos on

Common Parts

Cleaning of common areas is carried out by contract cleaners. The general decoration will be monitored by the Directors of the Management Company and the Managing Agent to co-ordinate required decoration and repairs.

Insurance

Through approved insurance brokers, competitive insurance premiums can be obtained for insuring the building structure as well as Engineering policies for those properties with lifts and also policies covering the Directors & Officers of the Company.

We even help with

Accounts

Our services including the day to day management of income of service charge and expenditures including contractor payments for each Management Company as well as bank reconciliation.
Formal year-end accounts are drawn up by Accountants which are engaged by the Management Company.
