How is your personal information collected?

We collect personal information about tenants, employees, workers and contactors through the application and recruitment and agency finding process, either directly from candidates or sometimes from an employment agency or background check provider. We may sometimes collect additional information from third parties including former employers, credit reference agencies or other background check agencies.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to record your personal details and for the following reasons:

  • Tenant referencing purposes
  • Sending notices and correspondence to you
  • Recording financial transaction to your account
  • Maintaining a record of any services enquired of by you

  • Notifications sent to utility providers
  • Where we need to perform the contract we have entered into with you.
